Purchases and account help

Use Restore Purchases inside the relevant game with the Apple Account used to purchase. Consumable balances depend on your saved game. For App Store refunds, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Account and game-data deletion is available through the game’s account settings where supported. For help locating it or exercising your privacy rights, email us. Read our privacy policy for details.
